  • Always machine fixtures with the Pallet locked on the Base.

  • If parts are to be bolted directly to the top of a pallet, start by face milling the top of the pallet to establish a consistent flatness.

  • The blank pallets supplied are made of saw cut plate so the raw edges may differ between pallets but they should all clean up to 101 x 101 x 28.5mm.

Maintenance Instructions
  • After each use - Clear chips, coolant and cutting oils. Install a blank pallet or Cover when not in use.

  • Every 36-48 hours-Apply a light coating of grease to the pins and bushings.

  • Every 300-400 hours-Apply a liberal coating of grease on the pull stud and actuate the clamp and unclamp 10-15 times to work the grease into the mechanism.
