Zero Point System
The idea behind the Anchor Point is for a cost effective base system a with a ultra low cost per pallet.
The Anchor Point base is a pneumatic quick release system for quick changing pallets in a CNC machine allowing for shorter stops between cycles and easy change overs.

Expandability
The Anchor Point is the base of our modular work holding system that is in development. The first of these is the mooring point. This base allows two anchor points to be mounted to a base with a set distance between them allowing spanning of units to increase rigidity and making it possible to hold larger pallets. The harbor is also in development and will have 4 anchor point units allowing much larger pallets to be held
Blank Pallets
We are offering blank pallets with the required hardware and features machined in for just $28 per pallet (+ shipping). These pallets are 102 x 102 x 29mm or 4 inch x 4 inch x 1.15 inchWe also offer pull studs for using 20mm or ¾ inch plates to make pallets.The system uses standard bt30 45deg pull studs available from many suppliers. The locating holes are machined directly into the aluminum pallet. If the pallet is intended to be used in a high production environment; drill bushes can be inserted to prevent wear.
